Any thoughts on the recent trade? We lost Matt Murton, which is sad, but picked up a Dan Harden, a pitcher who might help us out quite a bit. He has a bit of a Prior/Wood health record, so that's a little disconcerting.
Hopefully Murton will get the chance to play every day with the A's.

I'm pretty sure that since Murton is no longer with the Cubs, I'm going to have to remove him as one of my "interests" on Facebook. I'm so over losing Patterson. I'm thinking that Lou has no choice at this point but to bring up Felix from the minors.

I'm gonna reprezant shawonlover and request for you to take that back!! :P Yea I was watching a montage reel of Cub highlights and saw Pie and it feels like such a long time since I've seen him in action. Kind of sad.

I was watching the game Sean Gallagher pitched and saw both his performance and Murton's hitting. I doubt they'll come back to haunt us but I was kind of sad to see them leave. I liked Murton.

Hey, I like Felix as much as the next guy, but we need to face the facts here. Right now, he's pretty much a track star carrying around a big piece of ash (or maple). He's shown signs of offensive abilities, but never with any consistency, which is why he's in AAA for now.
