The trades keep on coming. The Cubs traded Craig Monroe today for a player to be named later. They really are clearing up the outfield spot. With the loss of now Floyd, Monroe, and Jones that frees up 15 million of 2008 salary. Impressive. Now let's get Johan Santana!

Johan Santana would be nice... but with us loosing all these outfielders... shouldn't we try to pick up some good outfielders instead?

We have Soriano and Pie and Murton isn't horrible. I feel we'll be lacking pitching more than offense. Although we had no pop last year that's for sure
